Cancellations can be made at any time before despatch. We offer a 14-day cooling off period from the date of shipping, during which time you can contact our customer service team on (+44) 01228 404022 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a collection, at your cost. You then have 14 days to return the goods to us at Enesco Limited, Brunthill Road, Kingstown, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA3 0EN. A full refund will be given once the goods have been received by Enesco. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to reach your account. Faulty or defective goods will be collected and replaced at our cost, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please obtain and retain a proof of postage if returning your order. Failure to do so may result in your order not being refunded or replaced.

Orders to a UK address under £25 will be charged £3.95 carriage. Orders over £25 to a UK address will be shipped with Evri with no delivery charge. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days*.
A next day service is available from Monday*–Thursday only and will be charged at £5.95, order before 12pm for next day delivery to the UK mainland. For Northern Ireland, Aberdeenshire, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight, add an extra 24 hours and for Channel Islands it’s 3-4 days. If you choose this service after 12pm on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will not be guaranteed for despatch until the Monday*.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013 is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers responsible for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or their parts recycled. Recycling helps to save our natural finite resources and reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical products to landfill.
Distributors of new electrical products have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. We are obliged under the WEEE Regulations to offer our customers free take back of their WEEE on a like for like basis when they buy a new electrical product from us.
For example, if you bought a new animated soft toy from us we would accept without charge the return of an old electronic toy and make arrangements for it to be disposed of safely. To remind you that electrical products can be recycled, they are now marked with a crossed-out wheel bin symbol (as shown below). Please do not place any electrical products (including those marked with the crossed-out wheel bin symbol) in your general household waste. They should be disposed of as Small Electrical Equipment at your local recycling centre.
